Apartment Choice
You can select your apartment on the Apartments page and submit the reservation form.
Apartments are grouped by size to help you choose quickly:

Reservation
To secure your booking, a deposit of $300–800 is required.
In some situations, no deposit is needed; in that case, we may reassign you to another apartment of similar level if necessary.
Deposit Payment
You can make the deposit by credit card, PayPal, Interac, or bank transfer.
We’ll send the payment instructions once the reservation is confirmed.
Arrival
Please let us know your arrival time in advance. The owner will be waiting for you at the apartment at the agreed time.

If you expect to arrive earlier or later, just let us know. We try to adapt when possible.
Damage Liability
For some apartments, we may ask for a security deposit.
What you need to know is simple: it never exceeds 800 CAD, and if everything is in order when you leave, it’s fully returned. Normal signs of use are not an issue — we only look for actual damages.
