APARTMENT RESERVATION
We require a deposit of $300-800 to guarantee your reservation.
In some cases, the deposit is not necessary, but we reserve the right to move you to another apartment similar to the one you have chosen.
DEPOSIT
You can make the deposit with credit card, via PayPal, interac or bank transfer.
ARRIVAL
You must inform us of your arrival time. At the stipulated time the owner will be waiting for you in the apartment.
Check-in is after 5:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM
DAMAGE LIABILITY
A security deposit may be required for some apartments. The amount may vary depending on the length of your stay and the apartment level, but does not exceed 800CAD.
