1. How do I book?
To book an apartment, follow these steps:

Visit our Apartments page on the website and browse the available listings.

Call us directly at +14388388833 or email us to confirm availability, ask any questions and explore additional options.

After the confirmation of the availability and verbal agreement, you will get a rental contract that you will be able to sign online or in person if you are already in Montreal.
2. What is a prepayment, and why is a confirmation required?
A prepayment is required to secure your reservation and guarantee the availability of the chosen apartment for people who are outside of Canada. Upon your arrival, the amount of the prepayment will become a deposit for the potential damage of the apartment équipment (TV, appliances, kitchen équipment, pictures and other decor). It will be refunded to you at your departure.

Why is there a prepayment? The prepayment ensures that the apartment is reserved for you and prevents it from being booked by other guests.

Are there any exceptions? Yes, you can make a preliminary booking of the apartment with no financial engagements before you check-in . However, in this case, we reserve the right to accommodate you in a similar apartment, depending on availability or cancel the booking if we have another tenant who is ready to sign the contract.

You can complete the deposit via credit card, PayPal, Interac, or bank transfer.
3. Is a security deposit required for the apartment?
A security deposit may be required for certain apartments. The deposit amount will depend on the length of your stay and the apartment level, but it will not exceed 800 CAD.
4. What are the check-in and check-out procedures?
Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can get the apartment ready for you. The access to most apartments is automated, you will just receive the doors entrance codes.

5.What’s the wifi speed in the apartments?
The average internet speed is 400 mbs
6. What is included in the rental rate?
All our rentals are on a monthly basis and include utilities, heating, hot water, internet, the cleaning done before your arrival.
7. What is excluded from the rental rate?
The clean up fee at your departure may not be included in the rental price but if the clean up fee is not included, it will be mentioned in the contract, the clean up fee does not exceed 75$
8. Are pets allowed in the Apartment and building?
Pets are not allowed in the majority of the apartment, you have to ask this question before the booking.
9. Can I smoke in the Apartment?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
10. Are your Apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Very few apartments are accessible to people on wheelchairs, but we have quite a lot of apartments with an easy access (just a few stairsteps to make).
